Business leaders from across our 19 cities recently came together for HRnetGroup’s leadership development programme, UEP 2026. Hosted at Grand Hyatt Singapore, the event focused on building stronger leaders and sharper business minds, while also giving them a chance to connect with colleagues and clients from across the region.

The four-day programme brought together both internal leaders and external experts to deliver a series of targeted sessions designed to further strengthen the capabilities of our leaders.
One of the internal training sessions was Win for All, hosted by Catherine Yeow, Managing Director of HRnetOne Singapore and Thailand. She emphasised how greater collaboration across HRnetGroup’s 42 business units creates new opportunities and collective success, allowing each business to complement and elevate one another rather than compete.
The programme also featured an AI training session led by Heicoders Academy Singapore, equipping our leaders with practical insights into leveraging AI to strengthen digital branding, improve workflows and drive greater efficiency across their work.

At HRnetGroup, our leaders are not just running businesses. They are also building teams, developing people and preparing the next generation of leaders. At the same time, they navigate different hiring markets, client expectations and talent landscapes across the region.
UEP allowed them to step away from their busy day-to-day responsibilities, and exchange perspectives with peers from across the region, bringing fresh ideas and learnings back to their teams.

Across the week of training, breakout sessions and shared meals, conversations extended beyond the formal programme. Leaders compared experiences from their respective markets, shared approaches to challenges they had encountered, and discussed emerging client needs and questions that are shaping the industry. These candid exchanges offered a broader view of what is happening across the APAC region, while giving leaders new perspectives to consider within their own businesses.

UEP wrapped up with a graduation dinner at Summer Pavilion, bringing everyone together to celebrate the week, the new connections made and the experiences shared along the way.
More importantly, they leave with a stronger network of peers across the region: people they can reach out to, learn from and share ideas with long after the programme ends.
